Three Things I am Loving

It has been several months since I have posted anything here on the blog and I apologize for that. Life has been busy and blogging dropped lower on the priority list. But I'm back and working on posts in advance so hopefully they can get posted on schedule. :)

With that being said, it was hard to narrow down the list of things I am loving right now to only three items! Here are the three I settled on:

Teaching from the Balance Point

First up on the list is the book, "Teaching from the Balance Point" by Edward Kreitman. It has been a fantastic book and I will leave you hanging here because I am writing a whole book review on it to be posted soon. 

Tim Topham Podcast

Second is the Tim Topham TV Piano Teaching Podcast. Tim is a piano teacher Australia and has so many great ideas. He talks about various topics within the piano teaching sphere and interviews experts on those topics. I was greatly impressed by his series on teaching special needs students. Pennies!

Last, but not least, are pennies! :) Did you know how many uses there are for pennies? I have been using the in games, on back of hands, on bow hands, and more to teach different skills. They are handy little coins. And there you have it, three of the things I am loving right now.
