We are so excited that you are interested in violin lessons for your child. Violin lesson can be such a wonderful part of a child's musical development. But private violin lessons may not be the right choice for every child at this moment of their development. The photo below offers some questions to help you think through whether violin lessons are a good choice for your child at this time. Answering "incorrectly" to any of the questions will not rule out violin lessons. They are just there as a tool in helping you and your teacher decide if now is a good time to start violin lessons and how to proceed with lessons if they are ready. 😊

The spring recitals were so much fun! All the students did a fabulous job overcoming their fears and performing their pieces. Enjoy the pictures and video! I don't know about you, but it feels like I blinked and April was gone! We had a ton of fun this month starting to work on our recital songs and hitting some fun milestones. Ava, Brooks, and Anastasia all finished the set of books they are working on. Several students completed a bingo (or more!). And we have several students close to finishing books and bingos! 😄 Here it is, March 31st! Spring has officially sprung, bringing with it a lot of pollen! 🤧 We started our Practice Bingo challenge in the middle of February and our students are doing great! Several have already finished one bingo and one has finished two bingo rows! Lincoln, Alexandru, and Michael all finished books in March. There’s been quite a lot of practicing and learning happening in the past two months! 😃 Where did January go? February is almost half gone already and I feel like I barely blinked my eyes! But we packed in a lot of excitement into January which may be why if flew by so fast. 😊 David and Anastasia started piano lessons and Ben started guitar lessons. We are excited to see all them grow in their musicianship. Owen, Lottie, & Addy finished books. And we celebrated the last group of students finishing their 100 Days of Practice Challenge before we ended the challenge. Huge shoutout to Addie, Dillon, Chloe, and Lottie for completing the challenge! 🤩 Who doesn't love Christmas music?! Our students have been working super hard at learning some fabulous Christmas songs. Check out our Facebook or Instagram pages to see the videos they created of their music.
November. A month of counting our blessings and prepping for Christmas. We have so much to be thankful for including all our wonderful students and their families! We are also thankful for the growth and progress we have been seeing in all our students. Several students hit milestones during the month of November. August R. started piano lessons. Kenza and Alexandru finished their first lessons books and Deborah and Karla finished the lesson books that they have been working on. Another major milestone was hit by Addy C., Owen, Michael S., and Felix - They all finished their 100 Days of Practice challenge!! That's a lot of practicing and their progress is proof of their practice. We also started learning Christmas music so keep your eyes open for videos of Christmas music coming your way starting December 9th. Ah October, the beginning of autumn. It just so happens to be Carl and my favorite season. Cooler weather, leaves changing colors... so much loveliness. Plus, we welcomed Max to guitar lessons and August to piano lessons. We welcomed Alex and Amelia's smiling faces back to piano lessons after a short break. Dillon and Addie finished another level of books. Grace kept violin lessons exciting by losing a tooth during a lesson. And not to forget, we had a great time at our fall recital! We had a lovely autumn recital a couple of weeks ago. All the students did just a great job playing their pieces...and more importantly, conquering their nerves and fears. We are so proud of all of them!! Enjoy some pictures and a video of the recital. |
