There is nothing like a practice challenge to motivate you to practice. And that is why we are having a practice challenge for the month of March. The challenge is to practice all 31 days this month! It is quite a lofty challenge, but completely doable. Let's go practice!  Practice Challenge!

 Clean that Violin! How do you clean your violin? Or should I ask, “Do you clean your violin?” Rosin is necessary for playing the violin, but it does leave quite the mess on your violin, strings, and bow stick. The best and cheapest way I have found to clean it is the lowly microfiber cloth. Nothing fancy. It does a great job of getting the violin clean and can get under bow hair to clean the stick. And the best part is that you probably have a clean one laying around that you can designate for this use and leave in your violin case. Happy cleaning!!
